Drop/Add Week: Important!!

The Registrar’s Office will be open from 8:30AM to 4:00PM during Drop/Add Week (August 21st – August 25th).   Please take care of in-person registration changes by 4:00 PM on these days.  The Drop/Add period ends at 4:00PM on Friday August 25th  for both in-person and online registration changes.

ATTENTION:

Students with a credit balance on their account after financial aid are able to transfer money to their ID card to purchase books from the bookstore. To request any money to be transferred, because of COVID19, this year all students will need to send an email to Cashier@wesley.edu. Don’t forget to include your student ID number. When stating the amount, you can only use the amount of the credit on your account up to $750.00, or $1000.00 for nursing students.  Please give us up to 24 hours to process.  We will start moving funds on August 14th once the transfer has been completed we will send an email acknowledging that the funds are available on your ID card.

LIVING ON CAMPUS (Excluding Freshmen): Available 10-02 at 2:30pm

GRADS & SENIORS: Available 10-09 at 2:30pm

JUNIORS & SO: Available 10-16 at 2:30pm

FRESHMEN-ALL: Available 10-23 at 2:30p

Important Note: This year please email Cashier@wesley.edu requesting you want to pick up your refund check with student ID, class, and a contact number. Please keep in mind that if the refund you are expecting includes funds from an outside scholarship, your dates may not coincide with this schedule. Refunds cannot be processed before the scholarship is received by the College. If you requested to pick up your refund, they will be available in the Mail Room after 2:30 pm.
