Financial aid is currently being processed for students. As a result, over the course of the next several weeks, information regarding student accounts, as it appears on MyWesley, may not accurately reflect actual balances. Once all financial aid has been disbursed, this message will be amended, and statement balances can then be verified. Thank you in advance for your patience.

If you have not yet submitted a 2017-2018 FAFSA, or have not completed the “Verification” process, please take the necessary steps as soon as possible. Missing required documents that may be delaying your award can also be viewed on your MYWesley account. In order to expedite the process, please submit any requested information to the Office of Student Financial Aid.

The Registrar’s Office will be closed every Friday for one hour from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.   The service window will be closed during this time and will re-open no later than 3:05 pm.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM THE BUSINESS OFFICE

As we are processing refunds, your CashNet account will not reflect your correct balance.  To see a statement that reflects your correct balance, go to your CashNet account and look in “Your Bills”.  Select the Jenzabar statement dated 9/8/17.

LIVING ON CAMPUS

(Excluding Freshmen):       Available 09-29 at 1:00pm

GRADS & SENIORS:            Available 10-06 at 1:00pm

JUNIORS & SOPH:              Available 10-13 at 1:00pm

FRESHMEN-ALL:                 Available 10-20 at 1:00pm

Important Note:  Please keep in mind that if the refund you are expecting includes funds from an outside scholarship, your dates may not coincide with this schedule.  Refunds cannot be processed before the scholarship is received by the College. 

If the refund is in your name and you would like to pick it up in the Mail Room, be sure to go to the Business Office (CC317) to sign the sheet for pick up.

Just a reminder…Sign up for a Spring Payment Plan NOW.  The 1st installment is due 11/24/17.
