Financial aid is currently being processed for students. As a result, over the course of the next several weeks, information regarding student accounts, as it appears on MyWesley, may not accurately reflect actual balances. Once all financial aid has been disbursed, this message will be amended, and statement balances can then be verified. Thank you in advance for your patience.

If you have not yet submitted a 2017-2018 FAFSA, or have not completed the “Verification” process, please take the necessary steps as soon as possible. Missing required documents that may be delaying your award can also be viewed on your MYWesley account. In order to expedite the process, please submit any requested information to the Office of Student Financial Aid.

The Registrar’s Office will be closed every Friday for one hour from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.   The service window will be closed during this time and will re-open no later than 3:05 pm.

Please make sure that your fall semester balance is paid so you will have no problems registering for the spring semester.

Spring payment is due December 14, 2017.

Take advantage of lower monthly payments by setting up a 6 month or 5 month payment plan which are available until November 24th. 

If you have a credit on your account for the spring semester and would like to transfer money to your Bookstore account please send an email to cashier@wesley.edu and included the amount you want to transfer and your student ID number.  We will notify you via email when the transfer is complete (after January 1st).

For your convenience, all account statements are available through CashNet.  PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NO LONGER MAILING STATEMENTS.

Make sure you have added Authorized Payers to your account for anyone you wish to give access to your financial account with the ability to view your bill, pay on your account or set up payment plans.
