The Office of Student Financial Aid is pleased to announce that, for most returning students, financial aid awards have been finalized and can be accessed at your MYWesley account. Wesley College requires students to confirm acceptance of their awards. You may do so by simply emailing  with instructions on which awards you would like to accept or decline. In addition, you may print out a copy of your awards, sign the copy and fax it to 302-736-2594 Attn: Financial Aid Office. Please include your name and student ID in your response.

If you have not yet submitted a 2017-2018 FAFSA, or have not completed the “Verification” process, please take the necessary steps as soon as possible. Missing required documents that may be delaying your award can also be viewed on your MYWesley account. In order to expedite the process, please submit any requested information to the Office of Student Financial Aid.

The Registrar’s Office will be closed every Friday for one hour from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.   The service window will be closed during this time and will re-open no later than 3:05 pm.

Online Check-in

Beginning August 7th, returning students will be able to check-in online from MyWesley.  Please visit the Campus Life tab and complete the Fall 2017 - Undergraduate Check-in Form.

Fall Semester Payments

Fall Semester payments are due by July 20, 2017.  If your balance is not taken care of, please be sure to have a payment plan set up by July 20th.

Go to CashNet to see the available payment plan options and choose the plan that works for you!

For your convenience, all account statements are available through CashNet

Make sure you have added Authorized Payers to your account for anyone you wish to give access to your financial account with the ability to view your bill, pay on your account or set up payment plans.

Summer Payment Information

If you are registering for Summer classes, payment must be made in full before the first day of class.  

Plan ahead for Summer Housing - Payment must be made in full when you submit your application.
